to Forum on women’s access to justice in the Maghreb: Cast Study of Morocco to be held in
Rabat, Morocco, under the auspices of Mohamed V University from June 20th to June 22nd,
2022.
As part of a partnership project in place since 2006 between Morocco and Denmark, a panel of lawyers, judges, academics and activists from the two countries gave themselves, on 4 and 5 December, to a cross-examination of women’s access to justice, with particular emphasis on the challenges and constraints posed to Moroccan nationals living throughout the world.
