ARPA’s Scholarship Practice commissions a wide range of analytical studies on rule of law topics ranging from: Stocktaking of human rights law developments in the Arab region to assessments of legal frameworks of client countries, using a De Jure vs. De Facto approach that bridges the gap between laws in the books and in practice.
